It’s quite simple. You offer them something they want or need in exchange for their email . So, when you build a list of people who are highly targeted and the one’s you want to be following you, you continually email them VALUE and they start to KNOW > LIKE > and TRUST you. 😉
Continue to give them valuable information (tips, resources, motivation) then BOOM, they will buy from you.

YIKES! Remember when Facebook and Instagram were down? Nobody was able to log on for about five hours. But, everyone still received emails! In fact, I was able to contact my audience through the system I use, Mailerlite. I've also used Getresponse for many years and loved them.

I get it. I really do. I, too, get a ton of emails in my inbox daily, however, I tend to consistently open the emails that provide something that helps me OR that humors me.
So, the secret sauce here is to STAND OUT. Give your tribe information, stories, value that will HELP them, support them and get them to know you and like you.
Then, they will do business with you.Studies show that building a relationship with your current clients or customers will add loyalty and they will most likely continue your service. So, even if they cancel your service or product delivery, by staying in touch, they are most likely to remember you when they are ready to begin your program again or refer your business to others.
YES, they might get a ton of emails in their inbox daily, and they may NOT read your emails every time, BUT if you are giving them value (fitness tips, health articles, motivation and inspiration) on a regular basis, then adding your particular offer (training or products) as well as your direct link to your sales page or site will work like a charm!
It takes people 3-7 times to see an advertisement until a purchase is made!!
People hate to be “sold” to. So, by sending email newsletters to your audience that includes valuable information they look forward to reading, you are staying in the eyes of your “Tribe” and they start to trust you and will more likely will buy from you.
